Furnace Refractory Thermal Insulation Ceramic Module is made from compressed ceramic fiber blanket. The module is specially designed to meet the thermal insulation requirements of industrial furnaces in some special thermal conditions.

Product Introduction
Furnace Refractory Thermal Insulation Ceramic Module is a new refractory lining product introduced to simplify and speed up furnace construction and improve the integrity of furnace lining.
The product is white in color and regular in size. SUNTHERM ceramic fiber module adopts high quality ceramic fiber blanket, which is made up to compression module after folding, compression, packing. It can be directly fixed on the anchoring nail of the steel plate of the furnace shell of the industrial kiln. SUNTHERM Module can choose kinds combination of anchor and furnace body. Installation method is so simple that can quicken the speed of furnace lining construction largely. After installation, the bandaging is cut and the modules are to form an integrated insulating lining. The anchor system in remote from the module hot face maintains the metal components at a relatively low temperature.
It has good fire insulation effect, improves the integrity of fire insulation of the kiln, and promotes the progress of kiln masonry technology. Classification temperature 1260-1430℃.
