Product Introduction
1260°C Ceramic Fibre Blanket is a refractory ceramic fiber with the characteristics of light weight, flexibility, good insulation and heat resistance. In the manufacturing process, needle punching is performed while laminating the fibers, which are intricately wound together to maintain a blanket shape. Without organic adhesives, 1260°C Ceramic Fibre Blanket will not tear at high temperatures and will not cause atmospheric pollution in the furnace. As an applicable product, it can also manufacture custom shapes, such as pre-die cut into a predetermined shape of die cut products, used as packaging materials. Ceramic fiber is a kind of light insulation product. It has a low thermal mass, which means it does not retain heat, has low thermal conductivity and is a very effective insulating material. Its high thermal shock resistance makes it suitable for applications where traditional refractories cannot be used. The so-called refractory ceramic fibers are made of high purity aluminosilicate materials. Ceramic fibers are produced by melting these products in an electric arc furnace, injecting air streams and cooling to form bundles of fibers used to produce ceramic fiber products. Ceramic fibers come in a variety of forms and densities.
