Product Introduction

Ceramic fiber board is made from a mixture of refractory fiber and binder with low organic content. After vacuum treatment, the board has good mechanical strength even after heating. Plates are manufactured in different density and temperature grades to suit application

requirements.

Ceramic fiber board is made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, and then vacuum formed or dried, dried and pressed, and finally refined into ordinary ceramic fiber board. The common type has the same properties as the corresponding loose aluminum silicate fiber cotton. The product has hard texture, high toughness and strength, and good wind erosion resistance. It is light in texture, does not expand when heated, is easy to construct, and can be cut and bent at will. It is an ideal energy-saving product for kiln pipes and other thermal insulation equipment.
