Bio soluble ceramic fiber insulation rope uses bio-soluble fiber, complies with EU ROHS and REACH environmental standards, and is harmless to the human body. It has good high temperature resistance and can be used at a temperature of up to 1000°C for a long time.

The structure of Bio soluble ceramic fiber insulation rope is soft and easy to wind, stuff and install. Low thermal conductivity significantly improves the insulation effect and reduces energy consumption. It is resistant to most chemical corrosion, especially in high temperature oxidation environments. Production process of soluble ceramic fiber rope

01. Raw material ratio and melting

Main raw materials: SiO₂, CaO, MgO (biosoluble components)

The raw materials are melted in a high-temperature electric furnace at a temperature of up to 1400~1500°C to form a uniform glassy melt.

02. Fiber blowing molding

The melt is treated with high-speed air or spinning technology to form slender fibers.

To control the fiber diameter (usually 2~5μm), the air flow velocity and nozzle temperature must be precisely controlled.

The formed fibers are collected and cooled to form amorphous fiber cotton.

03. Adding binders and spinning treatment

The soluble ceramic fiber cotton is opened and mixed, and a small amount of organic binder and lubricant are added to improve the toughness of the yarn.

Using a wet or dry spinning machine, the fiber cotton is made into continuous filament yarn, and glass fiber or stainless steel wire reinforcement core can be added according to demand.

04. Weaving into ropes

Use multi-head looms for spiral winding or multi-strand weaving to make round ropes, square ropes or flat ropes.

05. Drying and shaping

The formed rope body needs to be dried in a low-temperature drying room to remove residual moisture and volatiles to ensure dimensional stability and safety in use.

06. Testing and cutting

Perform physical size (diameter, density), strength, flammability, temperature resistance and other performance tests.

Cut to length according to customer requirements and wrap and package.
