Product Introduction
Bio-soluble fiber blanket is an alkaline earth silicate fiber mainly composed of SiO2, MgO and Cao. Because it has certain solubility in human body fluid and reduces the damage to human health, it is called soluble fiber.
Due to the introduction of MgO, Cao and other components, it is conducive to expand the viscosity range of fiber forming, improve the fiber forming conditions, and improve the fiber forming rate and fiber softness. However, due to the introduction of MgO and Cao, low melting point compounds such as Cao, SiO2 and Cao, MgO, 2SiO2 are generated, resulting in the reduction of fiber heat resistance.
Therefore, generally soluble fiber belongs to low-grade ceramic fiber, and its products are mostly used as backing materials for industrial kilns.
