Product Introduction

SUNTHERM Rock Wool Blanket: The raw material prepared in a certain proportion is transported to a cupola and then melted at high temperature . The melt flows out of the discharge port and into the centrifuge through the flow groove. Under the action of the centrifugal roller and the high speed airflow emitted by the blowing system, the fibers are drawn and transported to the fiber collector to form the primary fiber mat. Then through the pendulum machine and curing furnace under the compound action to form a uniform felt. Finally, after cooling and cutting, the blanket is rolled and packaged.
