Production Line Introduction

SUNTHERM Rock Wool Production Line is the production of rock wool equipment. The rock wool takes basalt, coke and so on as the main raw materials, and is transported to the cupola by skip after finishing the batching. After the raw material is melted into melt in the furnace, it flows out from the discharge port and is led into the centrifuge into fiber through the movable flow groove.

Then the fiber is sent to the collection machine to form the initial cotton felt, the initial cotton felt in the back and forth under the action of the pendulum machine to form a uniform cotton felt, and in the curing furnace pressure shaping. The sheet felt coming out of the curing furnace is cooled, measured, cut, and packaged for transport to the warehouse.
