Product Introduction

The flint clay is pulverized to the size required to make standard ceramic fibers. Different proportions of industrial aluminum oxide powder, industrial silicon powder and zirconium powder are appropriately mixed to make four different types of products. Such as standard ceramic fiber, high aluminum ceramic fiber, high purity ceramic fiber, zirconium ceramic fiber and so on.

When producing different products, the above specific raw materials are prepared and transported, fixed by the feeding device and the mixer, and evenly distributed in the resistance furnace. The resistance furnace uses molybdenum electrode as the power supply. The ions produced by the molten material are electrically conductive. The resistance for melting the raw material is used as a heating element to melt the raw material continuously and evenly. The resistance furnace is water-cooled. The molten flow is discharged through a single molybdenum outlet and is protected with nitrogen. A spinning machine with three high-speed spinning discs converts molten material into fibers by centrifugal force; Softeners are used in the fibrosis process. Through the action of negative voltage, the fibers fly away from the spinning machine and are evenly distributed on the collection belt. The collection system and PLC system are then controlled by photoelectric (weighing system) to change the conveying speed according to the specific weight and thickness required. The fibers pass through the conveyor belt to the stitching machine, which transforms the fibers into the desired blanket.

After the heat treatment furnace, the hardener is burned out, the shape of the blanket is fixed, the fiber is microcrystalline, and the service temperature is raised. After vertical and horizontal cutting, winding, quality inspection and packaging, the finished product is sent to the warehouse for delivery.
