1. The valve should be set in a position with convenient operation and good lighting. Maintenance channels and lifting equipment should be provided for valves installed at high places.
2. When closing the valve, do not apply excessive torque to the valve, which may damage the valve. When the steam supply is stopped, it should be recognized whether the valve is closed, and methods such as identifying equipment or special signs should be adopted to prevent others from opening it at will.
3. Develop inspection guidelines for pipelines and valves. For underground and high-altitude pipelines, even pipelines in trenches should be no exception, and keep records. Pay special attention to simple corroded underground pipes and drainage pipes. Once a leak is found, no matter how small, it should be immediately plugged and repaired with ceramic fiberboard to avoid swelling.
4. Inspect the furnace body and its holes and doors, and regularly replace the sealing material ceramic fiber module to ensure its airtightness and reduce furnace gas escape or cold air inhalation. Minimize the number and area of industrial furnace doors and orifices, or choose double-layer sealed orifice doors to reduce the number of openings, moments and fluctuations of the orifice doors, thereby reducing heat radiation and air leakage.
