01 The material of the pre-embedded metal anchors in the folding module of the ceramic fiber blanket should be 18-8 or the specified material for pre-embedded installation;
02 The folding module of the ceramic fiber blanket should be folded into a specified size with a ceramic fiber needle-punched blanket with a thickness of 20mm or 25mm, and only the folded surface is used as the high-temperature heating surface;
03 The folding modules made of ceramic fiber blankets should meet the relevant regulations of the technical requirements for 23-grade ceramic fiber needle-punched blankets and 26-grade ceramic fiber needle-punched blankets;
04 The volume density of the folding modules made of ceramic fiber blankets should be at least 128kg/m3.
The ceramic fiber blanket is formed by spinning method or blowing method, with a volume density of 128kg/m3 of high-aluminum, high-purity, zirconium-containing needle-punched blankets of different types of materials, pre-embedded or not pre-embedded anchors are folded and compressed made.
