1. Reduce the moisture content of the ceramic fiber board to make it uniform, thereby reducing its weight.
2. After hot pressing, stack it horizontally and press heavy objects. The direction of aluminum silicate fiber board fibers is parallel to the direction of dry shrinkage and small expansion of the substrate.
4. When sticking to aluminum silicate fiber board, the middle part is slightly loose.
5. When producing this product, reduce the amount of urea-formaldehyde resin glue, make the glue layer soft, and improve the hot pressing conditions.
