Moreover, the application practice also proves that, after several years of application and actual measurement, the outer surface temperature of insulated parts of ceramic fiber board products is at least 20℃ to 40℃ lower than that of insulated parts of traditional fiberboard products under the same service conditions.
According to other data, because refractory ceramic fiber board has been used at relatively low temperature and close to its critical temperature for a long time, the bigger problem is that with the extension of service time, the traditional fiberboard products appear cracks and tend to be pulverized, which leads to the increase of thermal conductivity of products and the increase of heat dissipation loss of equipment. This is also a problem that many manufacturers need to overcome and solve. When burning cement kiln, we should also keep or pay attention to make the ceramic fiber panel adapt to the temperature in the kiln as much as possible.
