Premium Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber Material is microcrystalline, allowing a long-term service temperature of up to 1600°C, which is far higher than that of aluminum silicate fiber. It features low density, low thermal conductivity, high operating temperature, good chemical stability, and excellent corrosion resistance. As an insulating and reinforcing material, it is widely used in fields such as metallurgy, building materials, ceramics, aerospace, military industry, and automotive environmental protection. Polycrystalline alumina fiber products are manufactured using vacuum suction filtration, with polycrystalline alumina fiber as the main raw material, combined with fillers and binders. They exhibit high temperature resistance, low heat capacity and density, low thermal conductivity, and good thermal shock resistance.
