High-Temperature Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber Board is a premium-grade rigid insulation material engineered for continuous use in extreme thermal environments up to 1500°C. Manufactured from high-purity alumina–silica fibers through a controlled vacuum-forming and high-temperature sintering process, the board features a dense, uniform polycrystalline microstructure that delivers outstanding thermal stability and excellent mechanical strength.

Its low thermal conductivity, exceptional resistance to thermal shock, and minimal shrinkage under long-term high-temperature exposure make it ideal for demanding applications. The board is also lightweight, non-brittle, and highly resistant to chemical erosion (except in environments containing HF, phosphoric acid, or strong alkalis).
