1. Silicon carbide fiber: The highest use temperature of silicon carbide fiber is 1200℃, and its heat resistance and oxidation resistance are better than carbon fiber. At high use temperature, the strength retention rate exceeds 80%, and the chemical stability is good. In terms of morphology, it can be divided into whiskers and continuous fibers.
2. Silicon nitride fiber: Silicon nitride fiber is a high-temperature resistant and high-strength ceramic fiber blanket. In an oxidizing atmosphere, its highest use temperature is 1300℃; in a non-oxidizing environment, its highest use temperature is 1800℃. The tensile strength can reach 1000MPa, the elastic modulus can reach 300gpa, the thermal expansion coefficient is low, and the wear resistance is good. Mainly used to strengthen metals and ceramics.
3. Silicon carbon nitrogen fiber: Silicon boron nitrogen carbon ceramic fiber blanket has high temperature resistance, high strength, an elastic modulus of more than 250gpa at room temperature, and a creep value m of 0.4~1. It is a new type of structural/functional integrated ceramic fiber blanket with high temperature resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, creep resistance, high strength and wave absorption.
4. Aluminum silicate fiber: The shape and color of aluminum silicate fiber are similar to cotton. It is an amorphous ceramic fiber blanket, mainly composed of aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide, and sometimes contains a small amount of iron oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium oxide and other substances. According to the composition and content, it can be divided into four categories: standard (ordinary) aluminum silicate fiber, high-purity aluminum silicate fiber, high-purity aluminum silicate fiber and high-purity aluminum zirconium silicate fiber.
