SUNTHERM® nano board is composed of fine powder and fibre-like materials, pressed by a special process. The average size of the pores is equal to or lower than the average free range of air molecules (100nm order of magnitude) under standard atmospheric pressure, and it has a thermal conductivity lower than that of static air, which makes it an ideal high-temperature thermal insulation material. The surface of the board can be wrapped with aluminium foil, PE shrink film, and SUNTHERM® nano board can also be wrapped with glass yarn high temperature fibre material on the surface of nano-microporous insulation material by a special process, so as to make it have low thermal conductivity.
