The raw materials of rock wool mainly include selected natural high-quality basalt or diabase, and appropriate amount of supplementary materials. These raw materials are melted at high temperature and centrifugally blown to finally make mineral wool.
After the raw materials of rock wool are melted at high temperature, they are centrifuged into fibers by internationally advanced four-axis centrifuge at high speed. At the same time, a certain amount of binder, dust-proof oil and water-repellent are sprayed in and then collected by a cotton collector. After the pendulum method and three-dimensional cotton laying, they are solidified and cut to form rock wool products of different specifications and uses.
