  The most important indexes of refractory ceramic fiber are fiber diameter and thermal stability.  Ceramic industry is commonly used in A2O3, SiO2 fiber, according to the content of A2O3 is divided into different range of use, also in which the introduction of Cr2O3 material to improve its fire resistance and oxidation resistance characteristics.  Generally high content of alumina, iron oxide and other impurities low content of fiber products are pure white, the introduction of chromium oxide fiber is milk yellow.  The average diameter of ceramic fibers is 2-4 microns.

  Ceramic fiber board has small heat storage capacity and can adapt to rapid heating and cooling firing methods.  Fiber is flexible and can be processed into products with grooves or openings, and has good resistance to mechanical vibration and impact, chemical stability is also good, these advantages for the development of new kiln, and extend to the development of ceramic technology, industry has an important role in promoting.
