Product Introduction

Thermal insulation ceramic fiber wool is a kind of high efficiency insulation material made from high purity raw materials (such as clay clinker, aluminum oxide powder, silica powder, etc.) by high temperature melting and using blowing or spinning method. The fiber diameter is generally 2-5μm, and the length is mostly 30-250mm. The thermal conductivity at room temperature is as low as 0.03W /(m·K), and it can still maintain good thermal insulation performance in high temperature environment. The classification temperature can reach 1260-1430℃, and the long-term use temperature range is wide. The heat capacity is only 1/72 of that of refractory brick and 1/42 of light brick, which can effectively reduce heat loss. In addition to hydrofluoric acid and strong alkali, it is almost free from other chemical substances. It is not easy to pulverize in high temperature environment, and can be used as high temperature noise reduction material. Asbestos-free, production, use and recycling processes are conducive to energy saving and emission reduction.
