Product introduction
Ceramic fiber cotton is the main raw material for making 1mm thick 1260C ceramic fiber paper, which is usually made by wet process. The ceramic fiber and the appropriate amount of binder mixed, made of ceramic fiber slurry, ceramic fiber slurry through special equipment, such as wet vacuum forming machine, the uniform spread on the mold, the formation of ceramic fiber paper prototype, the formed ceramic fiber paper into the dryer, through high temperature drying, so that the moisture in the ceramic fiber paper gradually evaporated, so as to get the final product. According to needs, some post-processing can also be performed on ceramic fiber paper, such as cutting, grinding, coating, etc., so that it can better meet the needs of practical applications.
