Production Line Introduction

SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Paper Production Line is the equipment to manufacture the ceramic fiber paper. Operating principle of the production line:Ceramic fiber bulk, starch and binder are broken and dredged into ceramic fiber slurry. Then slurry is sent to slurry dispensing pool and slurry storage pool.The slurry prepared by the pump will be transported from the slurry storage tank to the high box for the use of the molding machine.

The fiber slurry was adsorbed to the molding machine under vacuum negative pressure to form wet embryos. The molding machine is equipped with two empty boxes, through the vacuum pump and the water separator will be sucked away. The paper embryos are then transported to the drying room for drying. The heat exchanger is closely connected with the drying chamber, and the heat generated is sent into the drying chamber through the air duct. After the product is dried and formed, it is sent to the cutting device for cutting and rolling; Finally, the finished product is sent to the warehouse for quality control and packaging.
