Production Line Introduction

SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Blanket Production Line is the production of ceramic fiber blanket equipment. Operating principle of the production line: calcining kaolin or other ore raw materials in the melt furnace, the raw materials are melted into liquid in the melt furnace. The lava flow then flows down to the spun machine, which converts the lava into fibers, which are then collected into a cotton collector and sent through a conveyor belt to the needling machine. The needle will convert the fiber into a blanket as needed. The ceramic fiber blanket will be formed through a drying oven and the ends will be caked through a cutting machine.
