Product Description

Select high-quality natural rocks (such as basalt, diabase, etc.) as the main raw materials. These rocks have high melting point, high hardness and good chemical stability. The rocks are heated to about 1500℃ in a high-temperature furnace to melt them into liquid. The molten rock droplets are drawn into fibers by centrifugal or blowing methods to form rock wool fibers. Add appropriate amounts of binders (such as phenolic resins) and waterproofing agents to the rock wool fibers to improve the strength and waterproof properties of the board. The mixed rock wool fibers are pressed into shape by a molding machine, then cured in a curing furnace, and finally cut into boards of the required size.

High Quality Insulation Rock Fiber Wool Board has a low thermal conductivity (usually between 0.035-0.045 W/(m·K)), which can effectively reduce heat transfer and is suitable for thermal insulation of building exterior walls, roofs, floors and other parts.
