Made via sol‑gel process, it is white, smooth, soft, and elastic, withstands higher temperatures than AL72‑M fiber, and can be formed into boards and shaped parts for industrial, aerospace, and high‑temperature uses.

Product Description:

High-Temperature Polycrystalline Alumina Fiber 95-N is a polycrystalline alumina fiber designed for industrial thermal insulation applications. Composed primarily of alumina (Al₂O₃) and silica (SiO₂), it is manufactured using an internationally advanced sol–gel process.

As a new generation of ultra-lightweight high-temperature insulation material, ALWOOL 95-N features a bright white appearance with a smooth, soft, and resilient texture. It offers a higher service temperature than ALWOOL 72-M polycrystalline alumina fiber and can be further processed into fiber boards, customized shaped components, and other engineered forms.

This material is widely used in high-temperature insulation systems and demanding applications such as aerospace and other advanced thermal environments.

Product Features:

Excellent high and low-temperature resistance, with an operating range of 1400°C to 1800°C;

Superior resistance to acids and alkalis;

Fiber is free of shot balls (≥45μm); lower shot content results in better thermal insulation and refractory performance;

Excellent electrical insulation properties;

High design flexibility; products with varying properties can be obtained by adjusting chemical composition and heat treatment processes.
