Product introduction

Ceramic fiber paper is mainly composed of high purity aluminum silicate fiber, which is made by fiber washing process. The process produces a nonwoven matrix mixture of fibers, adhesives, and additives to form flexible, uniform, and lightweight randomly oriented fibers. This process keeps the amount of non-fibrotic lenses in the paper to a minimum. Different grades are available in a variety of sizes and temperature ratings.

The material is easy to die cut or hand cut into custom-shaped parts. Ceramic fiber paper is a kind of non-woven fabric based on aluminum silicate ceramic fiber. It uses a special paper making process made of high-purity washed fibers and is suitable for high temperature insulation up to 2300°F. It has low thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and flame retardant, light weight, good flexibility and operating strength. The material is easy to die cut or hand cut into custom-shaped parts.
