Product Introduction

SUNTHERM Ceramic fiber board is made of ceramic fiber cotton of corresponding level, inorganic binder and a small amount of organic binder through vacuum forming process, and can withstand the high temperature of 1000 ℃ - 1350 ℃.

In some use scenarios of ceramic fiberboard, a small amount of organic binder in the board will smoke when burned. This is a normal phenomenon and will dissipate soon, which will not affect the performance and application of the product.

According to the use requirements of the scenarios not used by customers, they can be divided into the following three categories:

Inorganic board: it can be made according to the needs of customers. All inorganic binders are used in board forming, and there is no organic volatiles in use.

Hardened plate: according to the special use requirements of customers, the strength of the plate will be better if it is surface hardened or completely hardened.

Hydrophobic board: waterproof treatment can be carried out on the product surface according to the special needs of customers, and its hydrophobic rate is greater than 98%, which is suitable for use in some special places.
