Fireproof Insulation mat Ceramic Fiber Blankets are made of special aluminum silicate ceramic fiber filament by special double-sided needling process. After double-sided needling process, the degree of interweaving, anti-delamination, tensile strength and surface flatness of the fiber are greatly improved. The fiber blanket does not contain any organic binder to ensure that the ceramic fiber blanket has good manufacturability and stability under high and low temperature conditions.All kinds of needled blankets not only have the same excellent function as the corresponding aluminum silicate fiber, but also have low shrinkage rate and high tearing strength. In addition, fireproof insulation mat ceramic fiber blankets have even texture and an intact surface.

 

SUNTHERM fireproof insulation mat ceramic fiber blanket is made of high-purity raw materials to ensure good reliability and stability in any environment. The functionality of the blanket is not affected by water and oil, and it regains its thermal and physical properties after drying. Ceramic fiber products are an excellent refractory material. The operating temperature is 1050-1350°C.
