SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Paper With AL Foil

SUNTHERM Ceramic Fiber Paper with AL Foil uses high-purity ceramic fiber (alumina-silicate based) as the main raw material, combined with high-reflectivity aluminum foil (usually 99.5% pure aluminum) to ensure the stability and heat reflection efficiency of the material in high temperature environments.

Ceramic fiber paper adopts a wet forming process to mix ceramic fiber with water and add a small amount of organic binder to form a uniform slurry. The slurry is dehydrated and formed by a papermaking machine to form a fiber felt structure. High-temperature drying removes moisture, giving the fiber paper a certain strength and flexibility. The aluminum foil is cleaned and passivated to improve its oxidation resistance and adhesion. High-temperature adhesives or hot pressing processes are used to tightly combine the aluminum foil and ceramic fiber paper to ensure that they will not peel off at high temperatures. Slitting, winding or die-cutting is performed according to demand to make standard or customized sizes.
